THE FARMERS, THE DONKEY AND THE LION SKIN

A story about a donkey, urging us not to yearn for more than we deserve.

A donkey wanted to appear to be a lion. Since he could not change his nature, he tried to realize his dreams by a change of costume, and like a lion he wreaked havoc on the fruits of the farmers’ labour. But when a gust of wind blew up, it stripped the lion bare of his disguise. As soon as the farmers whose crops he had eaten saw that he was just a donkey, they came and clubbed him to death.

Adornments that do not belong to you can be dangerous.

Badger

In the book, Badger is the oldest und wisest of all. He is hospitable and kind. When Mole nnd Rat were lost in the Wild Wood, Badger let them into his cozy house and gave them food,
shelter.

Rat

Rat is just a bit younger from Badger. He can survive himself and is kind, sensible, and understanding.
He always likes to help when friends have trouble. When Portly was lost in the woods. But he also has enthusiasm for a young person and likes to fight.

Mole

Mole is trying to be mature but also has an excitable instinct of the young. He can make some simple decisions by himself, but he need help for others. For instance when he was in the Wild Wood. Rat must go and save him.

Toad

In this book , Toad is more like a spoilt, foolish child. He gets in conflict with
everybody he met , like his friends, the
barge woman , the motor car owners,
people who want to help him etc.
But, in the end, he leaned to be more mature.

我的同学小A

小A同学是我们全班人都瞧不起的一个人。

他长得又黑又小，衣衫不整，经常身上衣服的扣子也会扣错。小A喜欢在别人背后嚼舌头，说别人的脏话，非常不文明，特别可恶！还有呢，他还常常贪小便宜。一天，他在教室里捡到了一块钱，就如获珍宝似的立马塞进口袋，后来还拿出来向其他的人炫耀。

得到了一块钱后，小A就和一些朋友玩起了转硬币。玩就玩嘛，可是小A输了却死也不认输。当时我看到了事情经过，不明白小A为何要在输赢上斤斤计较呢？与小A同玩转硬币的其他人也特别气愤，不再跟他继续玩了。

一天，学校的午餐中有大家都喜欢的鸡米花。小A打到了满满一盒，正乐不可支地吃着呢。忽然，一声雷鸣般的咆哮响起：“什么？可我还没打到呢！你给他打了6颗，凭啥呀？！”所有正在埋头吃饭的同学“唰”一声抬起头，看见大B在和打饭老师吵架。原来大B没有及时打饭，盛鸡米花的盆里却已空空如也。因为老师以为阿C是最后一个人，就把剩下的所有鸡米花全都给了阿C。但没想到漏下了大B。大B好似快要哭出来了。

说时迟，那时快，就见平时做功课磨磨叽叽的小A“嗖”地一下跑到了大B身边，小A拍着大B肩膀说：“没关系，我可以把我的鸡米花给你吃。”说着，真一鼓脑儿把他的鸡米花倒到了大B的饭盆里。

我们全班人都用敬佩的眼神看着拿着空饭盒回来的小A，从来没想到平时大家不怎么待见的他原来是这么样的乐于助人。我想，我们以后再也不敢瞧不起小A同学了。

Mr.Toad

In < the Wind in the Willows>, Mr .Toad is an interesting character. Some people say he was bad and others think he was just not careful enough and a little hobby crazy. I personally believe that Toad is not a bad guy. Of course, he drives carelessly and treats his friends (sometimes) unpleasantly. But he was clever, and his conscience is good. So l think even if Toad was in jail and escaped, he’s good, in the inside.

1, Why he is clever?

Because he escaped from his own room, escaped from jail, and convinced a driver to let him ride his train.

2, Why he is good?

He when damaged Rat’s boat, he said he was sorry, and another point is when he had his house back, he had a feast to thank his friends.

To sum up, I am a great character! I’ll sing a song and celebrate this ……

卖包子的人

每天早上都能听见楼下卖豆包人的吆喝。唉，又是那令人心烦，令人厌恶的吆喝声，烦不烦！“卖豆包，卖豆包！”天天卖豆包扰民，都快一个月了，天天不能睡懒觉，太讨厌了！

恰巧今天一人在家，没有早饭，便要下楼买豆包，我倒要看看那人长啥样….

老人看上去慈眉善目，衣着干净整洁，顶着一头像银丝一般的白发，脸上布满了皱纹……但我还是讨厌他。谁叫他每天早晨吵醒我。

买完豆包，我便扬长而去。只听得又是那老人叫：“小朋友，小朋友！”没完没了！我心烦得很，心想这老头子要干什么，骗钱吗？

但快步走到那儿时，原来老人忘记给我找2元钱了。

我脸红了，同时也钦佩老人拾金不昧的品质。
